Karma Sauce

Karma Sauce was born from a 2008 locavore challenge when founder Gene set out to create a hot sauce using locally-sourced ingredients like winter squash, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Frustrated with co-packers who relied on canned ingredients and cut corners, Gene built his own micro factory in Rochester, NY and eventually bought a farm to grow his own peppers. Every batch is made from scratch with whole raw vegetables, and all products are gluten-free, preservative-free, and free from added sugars or fats. The company has won numerous awards at national spicy food competitions, including recognition for their Hot Ones appearances (Cosmic Disco Season 19, Scorpion Disco Season 15). This is genuine farm-to-bottle hot sauce made by someone who actually grows the damn peppers themselves.
